How does the pricing work?
Our allinclusive monthly rate is $325 per worker. This flat fee covers the fully equipped workspace, utilities, internet, and overall office management giving your team a professional environment to perform at their best while you focus on growing your business.
What is included in the $325 monthly rent?
With the monthly rate, you receive:

Who is responsible for employee payroll and benefits?
You retain full control of payroll, contracts, and employee benefits.
We simply provide the professional workspace and infrastructure that supports your team.
What is the process of interviewing?
We shortlist 3–4 qualified candidates who fit your criteria, then arrange interviews typically via Zoom or phone. You evaluate and select the candidate you feel is the best match for your company.
Are the workers our employees or yours?
They are your employees. We act as your operational partner, providing the space, recruitment coordination, and office management — not as the employer.
Is there a minimum rental commitment?
We only require a security fee for the first month. After that, the rent is paid monthly with no longterm commitment, giving you flexibility as your business grows.
Do you offer technical or administrative assistance?
Yes. We offer onsite IT support for a minimal fee, along with administrative coordination that ensures your team always has what they need to stay productive.
